The long-lasting durability of the Starke Pro Sintesi set is ensured not only by stainless steel. The interior of the frying pan is additionally coated with a three-layer non-stick GREBLON C3+ PFOA Free coating. Developed by the German company WEILBURGER, its structure features increased hardness and scratch resistance.

The GREBLON C3+ coating can withstand up to 20,000 abrasion cycles. Classic non-stick frying pans achieve a result of 2,000. It is also hardened with a ceramic layer. Because ingredients do not stick to it, you can use less fat for frying. Cleaning a vessel with such a coating is child’s play and does not require long scrubbing.
